The Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) is the account portal for Adobe Buying Programs. Adobe describes it as available to Adobe customers, employees, resellers, distributors and licensing centres, who use it to obtain serial numbers, track orders, view purchase history, check upgrade entitlements and points, add or change account contacts, merge accounts, and download licensed Adobe software. It runs on SAP and sits behind an Adobe ID login; orders.adobe.com is the entry point that redirects into it.
