Alan is a health insurer that sells complementary health cover to companies, freelancers and individuals, and manages it entirely through an app. Employees see their guarantees, send a claim by taking a photo and are usually reimbursed quickly, while HR teams add and remove staff, track contracts and handle payroll exports from an online dashboard. Beyond reimbursement, the app gives access to prevention services such as chat with doctors, mental health support and guidance on finding care. Alan also offers provident cover for employers. It is used by organisations of all sizes, from self-employed workers to large companies, mainly in France and in a few other European countries.
