Braze helps consumer brands talk to their customers across channels from a single system. It ingests events from apps and websites in real time, keeps a profile for each user, and lets marketers build segments and multi-step journeys in its Canvas builder. Messages are delivered by email, push notification, in-app message, SMS, WhatsApp and web, with personalization drawn from live data. The Braze Data Platform unifies and distributes customer data, and BrazeAI adds predictions, send-time and channel decisions, and content generation. It is used by marketing, CRM and growth teams in retail, media, travel, financial services and mobile-first companies, usually at mid-market and enterprise scale.

Nous utilisons Braze pour les communications lifecycle et product, notamment l'in-app et les communications déclenchées par des événements. Le principe est simple : selon ce que fait l'utilisateur dans le produit, on peut déclencher une communication différente. Nous utilisons notamment l'email et nous lançons aussi WhatsApp. L'automation et le setup sont assez simples, avec un SDK branché au produit. Braze est connecté à HubSpot, Hightouch et directement au produit. Un autre intérêt important pour nous est économique : sur le Product-Led Growth, déplacer les contacts adressables vers Braze nous permet de faire énormément baisser notre facture HubSpot. Pour moi, Braze est vraiment un outil product-led, alors que HubSpot reste davantage le CRM utilisé pour les motions sales-led ou les événements et webinars.
