Livestorm is a webinar platform that runs in the browser, so attendees join from a link without installing software. Organisers create a branded registration page, send email invitations and reminders, then host the session with chat, polls, questions and screen sharing. Events can be live, pre-recorded and automated, or offered on demand, and can be streamed to other platforms at the same time. After the event, the replay and engagement data per attendee are available and can be pushed to a CRM or marketing automation tool. It is used by marketing, customer success and internal communication teams.

Nous utilisons Livestorm pour nos webinars d'acquisition et de cross-sell. Nous avions testé Zoom Events, notamment pour des raisons de prix et parce que nous utilisons déjà Zoom pour les réunions, mais nous sommes finalement revenus à Livestorm. Pour nos besoins, Livestorm est plus adapté pour organiser les webinars, gérer les sondages et les interactions avec les participants. Le tracking est également essentiel chez nous : nous avons besoin de savoir qui s'est inscrit, qui a participé, combien de temps une personne est restée et d'où elle vient, puis de faire remonter ces informations dans notre environnement data et dans Pardot. Nous avons des besoins assez spécifiques et utilisons donc beaucoup de connexions personnalisées, les intégrations natives devenant rapidement limitées dans notre contexte.

Nous utilisons Livestorm depuis longtemps pour organiser nos webinars chez Didomi, peut-être même depuis avant le Covid. La solution fonctionne très bien. Les webinars occupent une place importante dans notre stratégie marketing, avec environ un événement par mois en moyenne. Nous organisons parfois de gros événements avec des intervenants extérieurs influents. Certains webinars peuvent générer plusieurs milliers d'inscrits qualifiés. Livestorm nous accompagne dans cette activité depuis plusieurs années et nous en sommes satisfaits.

Easy to use, core functionalities you'd expect from a webinar tool, more and more useful AI-boosted features, great revamp lately with a more useful home dashboard. Pricing based on actual participants webinars. We've had some contacts struggle with accessing the webinar (maybe security reasons as we work with Financial Institutions).
