Swile replaces paper vouchers and separate benefit schemes with a single payment card and a mobile app. Employers load meal vouchers, gift vouchers and mobility allowances onto the Swile Card, and employees pay in shops, restaurants and online, with contactless payment, card locking and real-time notifications in the app. The card can be linked to a personal bank card to cover the part of a bill that exceeds the daily meal voucher limit. Swile also sells a business travel product for booking and managing work trips. It is used by HR and finance teams of French companies of all sizes.

Nous utilisons Swile pour les tickets-restaurant de nos collaborateurs. L'outil fait partie de notre stack administrative, qui repose de plus en plus sur des automatisations et des connexions entre différents logiciels. Nous avons notamment développé des contrôles internes pour vérifier que les montants des tickets-restaurant correspondent bien au nombre de journées travaillées. Concernant Swile, nous en sommes contents et je n'ai rien de particulier à signaler.
