Cloud file storage included in Microsoft 365: sync across devices, sharing controls and co-editing of Office documents.

About Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive is the cloud storage service that comes with Microsoft 365 and personal Microsoft accounts. Files saved to OneDrive are synchronised between computers, phones and the web, and can be kept online only to save disk space. Users share files and folders through links with permissions and expiry dates, and several people can edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents at the same time. Version history and a recycle bin make it possible to restore earlier states. In organisations it works together with SharePoint and Teams, and administrators apply security and retention policies. It is used by individuals and by companies standardised on Microsoft 365.
