Tally

Tally is an online form builder where a form is written like a document: the user types questions on a blank page and inserts input blocks with keyboard shortcuts instead of dragging fields around. Forms can include conditional logic, calculations, file uploads, signatures and payments, and can be shared by link or embedded in a website. Responses can be sent to tools such as Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets or Slack, or to a webhook. Most features are free with no cap on forms or submissions, and a paid plan adds custom domains, team workspaces and branding removal. It is used by startups, creators and marketing teams for surveys, sign-ups and lead capture.
