Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is Adobe's image editing software, used to retouch photographs, compose images and create digital artwork. It works with layers, masks, selections, brushes and adjustment tools that allow precise changes to color, light and detail, and supports both raster graphics and some vector and text elements. Generative AI features based on Adobe Firefly can add, remove or extend content from a text prompt. Photoshop runs on desktop, on iPad, on the web and on mobile phones, and is sold by subscription through Creative Cloud, where it connects with tools such as Lightroom and Illustrator. It is used by photographers, graphic designers, illustrators and marketing teams.
