Braintrust

Braintrust runs a talent marketplace where enterprises hire vetted freelance and contract professionals in engineering, design, product and operations, with AI matching, transparent fees, compliance and onboarding handled on the platform. Professionals keep their full rate while clients pay a platform fee instead of agency markups. Its AIR product is AI interview software sold separately to recruiting teams: it screens resumes, runs structured voice and video interviews in many languages, scores candidates against skills criteria and connects to applicant tracking systems. The company also supplies human data for AI model training and offers workflow automation for operations teams, mainly to large employers.
