Branded customer, partner and employee portals built on Salesforce data, formerly called Community Cloud.

About Salesforce Experience Cloud

Salesforce Experience Cloud, formerly Community Cloud, is the part of the Salesforce platform used to build branded online portals, forums and help centers. Companies use it to give customers a self-service space where they can search knowledge articles, open and follow support cases and ask questions to peers, to give partners a portal for sharing leads and deals, and to give employees an internal community. Sites are assembled from templates and drag-and-drop components, and they display data held in the Salesforce CRM, with access rules defining what each member can see. It is used mainly by organizations that already run Salesforce for sales or service.
