Fireflies.ai

Fireflies.ai is a meeting assistant that joins calls on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, records them and produces a transcript. After each meeting it generates a summary with action items, and all conversations are stored in a searchable library where teams can ask questions, comment and share clips. Notes and tasks can be sent automatically to a CRM, project tools or Slack through the Slack Assistant, which posts recaps and alerts in channels. Live Assist gives suggestions and answers while a meeting is in progress. Transcription is available in many languages. It is used by sales, recruiting, customer success and management teams that want a record of their conversations.
