Workato

Workato is an enterprise integration platform as a service. Teams build automations called recipes that connect applications such as a CRM, an ERP, an HR system and a help desk, using prebuilt connectors and a low-code editor instead of custom integration code. The same platform covers data orchestration, API management, document processing and workflow applications. Workato Embedded lets software vendors offer integrations inside their own product. More recent additions target AI agents: Enterprise MCP exposes business applications to agents with access controls, and Otto is an assistant that helps run workflows. It is used by IT and business operations teams in mid-size and large companies.
