Figures helps HR and compensation teams decide what to pay and explain why. Its benchmark compares a company's salaries with market data shared by other European employers, drawn directly from their HR systems. From there, teams build salary bands, run compensation reviews in which managers propose raises within a tracked budget, and analyze pay gaps between employees doing comparable work. A dedicated module prepares the reporting required by the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and a partnership with Mercer adds further market data. It is used mainly by startups, scale-ups and mid-sized companies in Europe.
