Zillow is an online real estate marketplace operated by Zillow Group. Its website and mobile apps list homes for sale and for rent across the United States, with photos, price history, tax records and an automated estimate of each home's value called the Zestimate. Buyers and renters search by location and criteria, save listings, request tours and apply for rentals, while Zillow Home Loans offers mortgages. For professionals, Zillow sells advertising and lead programs to real estate agents, listing and tenant screening tools to landlords and property managers, and software for agents such as the Follow Up Boss CRM and ShowingTime tour scheduling. It is used by consumers, agents, brokers and landlords.
