Instinct is an autonomous personal assistant that people reach by text message, WhatsApp or phone call, with no new app to learn. Once connected to a user's email, calendar, documents and accounts, it understands what they are working on and acts on their behalf: it finds information across their tools, drafts replies in their tone of voice, books flights, hotels, trains and appointments, orders groceries and makes purchases, and places phone calls through its Concierge feature when a booking cannot be made online. It is aimed at busy professionals who want to hand off errands and admin work. Instinct is built by Spear Street Technology, a San Francisco company, and is currently available by invitation.

Instinct est un assistant personnel accessible via WhatsApp qui peut se connecter à mes différents comptes. Il peut lire mes mails et mes Slack, préparer des réponses dans mon tone of voice, réserver des billets d'avion ou des chambres d'hôtel. Je lui ai par exemple demandé de retrouver dans Slack une réaction client, d'aller chercher le passage correspondant dans Gong et de me renvoyer les verbatims. Il m'a renvoyé les trois verbatims en une minute. Il m'a également réservé des hôtels et des billets d'avion. Pour l'instant, le produit est en bêta et gratuit.
