Good low-code in-app messaging solution.
Some parts are really easy to use and to deploy and some are more complex (i.e. flow triggered on an event click) and make the process to run consistent flows on It quite tough.

The lateste version of the web-app is a great improvement, unfortunately the MCP is not yet powerful enough to edit flows from LLM platforms.
