Ask Mona builds conversational AI agents for museums, monuments, tourist destinations, schools and brands. Organizations load their existing material, such as PDFs, web pages, spreadsheets or collection databases, into a knowledge base that the agent uses as its only source. Each agent receives a defined persona, tone and list of topics it must avoid, and answers in about 80 languages. Plans range from a text agent embedded on a website to voice answers with synced captions and a lip-synced avatar for kiosks and in-store screens. Every conversation is logged as structured data so teams can see what audiences ask. The company also offers AI training for teams.
