Betterway helps French employers manage the commuting benefits they give to staff. Companies credit a mobility budget, such as the sustainable mobility allowance, public transport reimbursement, fuel bonus, parking costs or a mobility credit replacing a company car. Employees spend it with a payment card, an IBAN or mobile wallets at thousands of mobility merchants, and track their balance in an app. HR teams configure policies, automate reimbursements and follow usage through statistics, while compliance with the rules on each allowance is handled by the platform. A partner marketplace also lets employees buy or rent bikes and scooters without advancing the cost.
