Nous utilisons Brevo pour envoyer nos newsletters et nos communications marketing par email. Nous avons fait ce choix alors que notre CRM commercial est HubSpot. La raison est essentiellement économique. Les envois d'emails en masse coûtent très cher dans HubSpot, alors que Brevo ne coûte quasiment rien en comparaison. Pour nos besoins actuels, Brevo fait très bien le travail. Nous préférons donc conserver HubSpot pour la gestion des leads et les activités commerciales, et utiliser Brevo pour les campagnes d'emailing marketing. Cette séparation nous permet de bénéficier des fonctionnalités commerciales de HubSpot sans supporter les coûts de sa partie emailing.

Brevo is a nice tool full of potential but the UX/UI doesn't really allow adoption across non-tech people. Email design builder is not satisfying at all. Well managed, it can allow teams to easily communicate through the email channel with their email lists.
