Really disappointing experience with Buy Me a Coffee. I launched a campaign and quickly had several users tell me they were unable to complete their payments. Apple Pay failed for multiple people, and some credit card payments were also declined. This is obviously a major issue for a platform whose main purpose is to collect payments. What makes it worse is the lack of customer support: I contacted them about the issue and have still received no answer. I have no idea how many contributions I may have lost because of these payment failures. At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to Ko-fi, which I hope will be more reliable.
