Calendly removes the email exchange needed to find a meeting time. Users connect their Google, Microsoft or other calendars, define event types with durations, buffers and availability rules, and share a booking link or embed it on a website. Invitees pick a free slot, the event lands in both calendars with a video conferencing link, and reminders and follow-ups go out automatically. Teams can offer round-robin or collective scheduling, route incoming leads to the right person from a form, and collect payments at booking. It integrates with CRM and conferencing tools, and is used by individuals, sales, recruiting and customer success teams.
