Candescent provides digital banking software to banks and credit unions in the United States. Its platform covers digital account opening, consumer online and mobile banking, business banking with payments and cash management, and tools for branch and contact center staff, so that financial institutions can serve customers consistently across channels. Additional modules address money movement, lending, financial wellbeing, identity and fraud protection, and engagement campaigns. A developer program, APIs and a marketplace of fintech partners let institutions extend the platform. Its newest experience, Votiv, adds real-time insights for account holders. Candescent was formerly the digital banking business of NCR and is headquartered in Atlanta.
