Collective.work

Collective.work is a French marketplace that connects companies with collectives, small teams of freelancers who combine several skills and take on projects together, as an alternative to hiring an agency or assembling individual freelancers. Companies describe a project and receive proposals from matching teams. The platform also provides the back office: proposals, contracting, invoicing and splitting payments between the members of a collective. A more recent product, Collective.work AI Sourcing, is an AI agent for recruiters that searches a company's own applicant tracking system and wider talent pools for candidates matching a role. It is used by companies outsourcing projects, by freelancers and by recruiting teams.
