Coopeo

Coopeo is a French software publisher that automates the analysis of supplier invoices for restaurateurs, bakers, pastry makers, caterers and their accountants. It reads each purchase invoice line by line, flags billing errors such as unrespected agreed prices, free goods not applied or shifted decimals, and allocates taxes and levies to products to show real purchase prices. Cost prices of recipes are updated automatically and margins are tracked per site. The platform also supports technical sheets, supplier orders, inventory valuation and multi-site views. Coopeo is based in Lorient, was launched in 2017 and reports more than 2,000 customers.
