A very good tool that centralizes different AI models, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Mistral, while enabling users to build agents with predefined prompts and connect them to internal resources, including CRM systems and documentation. Great way to give access to automation, not a 5/5 because the programmatic use of Dust is not straightforward: as the triggering and editing logic is not perfect, connecting tools such as n8n should be easier.

We use Dust as our internal AI at 360Learning. Dust has changed the way we onboard people and the way we upskill internal persons. It takes its source within all our internal tools (confluence, zendesk tickets, trello... and even our product codebase !). This tool has really upgraded our customer service level of answer and reactivity.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the tool. Its connection to company data is a real strength, enabling much better-contextualized answers. Features keep improving and increasingly match users' real needs. The Sidekick feature for building agents makes AI incredibly accessible and easy to use, even for non-technical users. Dust has become an indispensable tool.
