ELCIA develops software for the joinery, blinds and shutters industry in France and Belgium, covering the value chain from manufacturer to end customer. Dealers and installers use its quoting software to price windows, doors and closures from manufacturer catalogs, produce invoices and manage sales. Manufacturers use its ERP with a technical configurator to automate order processing and production, a dedicated tool to drive aluminum, PVC and wood fabrication, and a white-label online configurator that lets their customers price products. The group also digitizes price lists, exchanges orders electronically between manufacturers and resellers, and offers a single-supplier quoting tool. Its products serve both small craft businesses and industrial manufacturers.
