June 2026We selected Elium after a competitive evaluation and we wouldn't make the same call today. The tool isn't intuitive, adoption was harder than expected, and the team has shown little flexibility when we've raised issues. The search bar is not effective. The bigger issue: we feel locked in. Migrating out is costly, so we stay but not by choice.
