A practical tool for preparing performance reviews and tracking employee growth

Empowill has been really useful when preparing annual performance reviews. One of the biggest advantages is having easy access to what was discussed in previous years, which helps make conversations much more consistent and meaningful over time. I also like the ability to define competencies, set objectives, and track progress throughout the year. It provides a clear structure for both managers and employees and makes follow-ups much easier. On the downside, I think the user interface could benefit from a significant refresh. While the product is functional, the design feels a bit dated and doesn't provide the polished experience you'd expect from a modern HR tool. Improving the UI and overall user experience would make an already useful product even better.
