eSUB builds construction software for commercial subcontractors such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, masonry and steel contractors. Rather than serving general contractors, its platform is designed around the work of trade teams, connecting foremen in the field with project managers and executives in the office. Users create daily reports and field notes from a mobile app, process RFIs, submittals and change orders, manage drawings and project documents, track time and materials, and follow job costs, purchase orders and progress billing. Reporting gives visibility into labor productivity and project health, and an integration with QuickBooks Online connects project data to accounting. In 2024 the company launched Fusion, a re-platformed field-first version of its product.
