ETAP develops software for the whole lifecycle of electrical power systems. Engineers use it to design networks, run power flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination and transient stability studies, and keep a single electrical digital twin of their installation. The same model then drives operational systems such as SCADA, advanced distribution management, power management, load shedding and microgrid control for utilities, industrial plants, railways and data centers. After merging with Alpi, the company also sells Caneco for standards-based electrical installation design in buildings and SEE Electrical for electrical schematics, panel layouts and wire harness engineering. Customers include utilities, engineering firms, panel builders and electrical contractors.
