Fidelatoo

Fidelatoo publishes a loyalty program application for independent merchants such as restaurants, coffee shops, butchers, wine shops and service businesses. It replaces the paper stamp card with a digital card stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so customers have nothing to download; at the counter the merchant can credit points from a phone number or a scan. Merchants set reward tiers, send unlimited push notifications and paid SMS campaigns to targeted customer segments, prompt customers to leave Google reviews and follow statistics on visits and returning clients from a web dashboard. The service supports several points of sale and is sold as a monthly subscription without commitment, mainly in France.
