FloQast builds software for corporate accounting teams that manage the financial close. Its platform provides close checklists, account reconciliations, journal entry management and projects, and connects to ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday and Sage Intacct. AI agents prepare reconciliations, match transactions and analyze variances, with human approval required before anything is posted. Additional modules cover financial controls, audit readiness and risk management. The software is used by controllers, accountants and auditors at mid-sized and large companies. FloQast was started by accountants and is based in Los Angeles.
