Goshaba offers a recruitment decision-support application based on gamified cognitive assessments. Candidates play ten short mini-games built on neuroscience research, and the results measure about twenty-six cognitive traits and soft skills grouped into three axes. Recruiters receive a detailed PDF report for each candidate and can compare profiles to job requirements instead of relying only on CVs and diplomas. The enterprise offer includes unlimited campaigns and HR users, an administrator dashboard and integration with applicant tracking systems, while individuals can also buy a single test with a personal report.
