Heidi builds AI software for clinicians and health systems to reduce administrative work around patient visits. It listens to consultations, in person or by telehealth, and writes clinical notes in the clinician's own templates and style. From the finished note it drafts referral letters, care plans, patient recaps and task lists, and it can prepare morning summaries of each patient's history from the record. A clinical evidence feature answers questions with citations from journals and guidelines. Heidi runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile, integrates with electronic health records and offers a free tier. It serves general practitioners, specialists, nurses, allied health and mental health professionals across several countries.
