Summary: Beta tool at premium pricing. CPQ: Hyperline offers a lot of possibilities in terms of pricing, which is great. However, some basic functionalities are missing (e.g., group volume pricing), and the settings are complex to configure—you don't always understand the implications of ticking a box. There are too many parameters for non-finance users. We originally wanted to grant access to sales reps so they could issue quotes themselves, but setting up our pricing was too complicated. Since they don't generate quotes regularly, it would have raised too many questions and taken longer than our current process. It might work well for simpler setups, but it wasn't ideal for us. Test mode: Not a true test environment—you have to manually replicate all your settings in test mode. Support: Good reactivity on the in-platform chat. Onboarding: Poor. The documentation is very weak, and there are no user training videos, forcing us to create our own. While the team was available for ad-hoc training sessions upon request, it doesn't replace a proper learning path with videos and clear documentation. For instance, they demonstrated the HubSpot integration to us while we were on Salesforce, which resulted in a completely different user experience. Bugs: We encountered several bugs during invoicing. Thanks to support, we were able to resolve them, but it would have been better not to experience them in the first place. Some issues were due to a misunderstanding of how the tool works, but the user experience should be straightforward enough to avoid that. Integration with Salesforce / Claude: Hyperline blocked customer creation in Salesforce, preventing us from using our Claude x Salesforce MCP setup properly. The issue was resolved, but having to wait for support intervention was quite annoying. Dashboards: Good overall, though it's a shame you can't click to expand or drill down into the reports.
