Immodvisor runs a verified customer review site dedicated to real estate and housing, and sells a software subscription that lets real estate professionals manage their online reputation. Agencies, independent agents, brokers, home builders, developers and property managers use it to collect reviews from their clients, publish them on immodvisor and Google, answer them with AI-suggested replies and analyse feedback across branches. The tool also creates and optimises Google business profiles for local search, and helps teams publish social media posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram with an editorial calendar and AI content ideas. Review verification follows the AFNOR NF ISO 20488 standard. The company is based in Nantes and serves the French market.
