Ironclad

Ironclad is contract lifecycle management software used to handle agreements from request to renewal. Legal teams build self-service workflows so that sales, procurement or HR can generate standard contracts such as NDAs and order forms from approved templates, with approvals routed automatically. Negotiation takes place in a shared editor with redlines and version history, followed by electronic signature. Signed contracts are stored in a searchable repository, where AI extracts key terms, dates and obligations and helps review incoming contracts against the company's playbook. It is used by in-house legal departments and the business teams they support, mainly in mid-sized and large companies.
