Izicap

Izicap provides a card-linked loyalty and customer relationship platform for independent shops, restaurants and other small merchants, distributed through banks and payment acquirers. Its app runs on the merchant's payment terminal: right after a card payment, customers are invited to join the loyalty programme by entering their phone number, which builds a customer database without extra hardware. The automated platform then runs personalised rewards, sends email, SMS and Facebook messages, and helps collect Google reviews and social media followers, while merchants can rely on marketing experts.
