Javelot

Javelot is an agritech company focused on the post-harvest stage of the grain chain. Its Store&save platform receives real-time temperature and ventilation data from probes and boxes it installs in silos and flat stores, sends alerts on hot spots, automates ventilation to cool grain with less energy, and detects insects early with connected traps and AI species identification. Plan&save models a cooperative's sites, flows and costs as a digital twin and generates optimized collection, storage, transport and sales plans. A newer module digitizes quality, safety and maintenance procedures. Customers are grain cooperatives, traders and farmers in France and other European countries.
