licitacao.pro

licitacao.pro is a Brazilian subscription service that helps small and mid-sized companies win public procurement contracts. A company enters its CNPJ, and the AI searches tenders published on PNCP and other federal, state and municipal purchasing portals that match its line of business. For each notice it reads the full edital and produces a summary of what the buyer wants, the documents and certificates required, the deadlines, the risks and whether the bid is worth pursuing. Selected tenders arrive by email each morning, and the service also tracks the company's documents and their expiry dates so it can bid on time. It is aimed at small businesses with no dedicated bidding team.
