> Un super outil tout en un pour les sujet RH
> We fully moved to Lucca a few years ago and haven't looked back. Before that, we were using Leapsome for annual reviews and Payfit for payroll : two separate tools that never really talked to each other.

> Now everyone goes to the same place for HR stuff, especially annual reviews. The platform is straightforward to use, which helps a lot when you're rolling it out across a whole company.

> One thing to know upfront: Lucca doesn't do payslips. The Lucca team recommended a payroll partner, and honestly it works fine for us : we run payroll in several countries, so having a specialist handle that part actually makes sense. But don't go in expecting a full payroll solution.

> The one thing that could be better is the org chart. It's not super easy to read or manage, especially as the team grows.

> But overall: solid tool, great value for money, and the support team actually picks up when you have a problem.
