We fully moved to Lucca a few years ago and haven't looked back. Before that, we were using Leapsome for annual reviews and Payfit for payroll : two separate tools that never really talked to each other. Now everyone goes to the same place for HR stuff, especially annual reviews. The platform is straightforward to use, which helps a lot when you're rolling it out across a whole company. One thing to know upfront: Lucca doesn't do payslips. The Lucca team recommended a payroll partner, and honestly it works fine for us : we run payroll in several countries, so having a specialist handle that part actually makes sense. But don't go in expecting a full payroll solution. The one thing that could be better is the org chart. It's not super easy to read or manage, especially as the team grows. But overall: solid tool, great value for money, and the support team actually picks up when you have a problem.
