Mairistem, part of Groupe JVS, publishes software for French municipalities, from villages to cities and intermunicipal bodies. Its applications cover finance and accounting, budgets, debt, assets, public procurement, payroll and HR, population services such as civil registry, elections and census, administrative acts and council sessions with e-signature and electronic transmission to the State, water and sanitation billing, cemeteries, room booking and technical works. Citizen-facing tools include an online services portal, appointment booking, a family portal and a mobile app. Small communes can subscribe to the cloud Horizon Infinity offer that bundles the core applications with training, and the company also provides cybersecurity, consulting and outsourced secretarial services.
