Metrologic DCS

Metrologic DCS develops quality software for manufacturers in aerospace, automotive and industrial production, formed from the merger of Metrologic Group and Dimensional Control Systems within Sandvik. Its tools cover the dimensional quality loop: tolerance stack-up and assembly variation simulation at the design stage, inspection planning from CAD and product manufacturing information, offline programming and collision simulation for coordinate measuring machines, measurement execution on CMMs, laser trackers, arms and 3D scanners, and statistical process control on collected measurements. The software works with major CAD platforms and measuring equipment brands, and the company also offers CMM retrofit, calibration and training services.
