Open Bee

Open Bee is a French software publisher focused on electronic document management, business process automation and dematerialization. Its platform captures documents from paper, email, office files or ERP systems, then classifies, validates, signs, shares and archives them in a certified digital safe. Companies use it to automate accounting, HR, purchasing and administrative processes such as supplier invoices, incoming mail and expense reports. The vendor also offers a secure collaborative space for sharing files with external contacts and is registered as an approved e-invoicing platform with the French tax authority.
