OphtAI

OphtAI develops artificial intelligence software for ophthalmology. Eye care professionals capture a retinal image with a standard color retinograph, send it to OphtAI, and receive results within seconds with a detailed PDF report. The software assesses photo quality, grades diabetic retinopathy severity, locates lesions with heat maps and gives a confidence score, and also detects glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration. It is available as a web application, as a desktop app that analyzes photos dropped in a folder, and as an API for integration into partner software. The CE-marked medical device comes from a public-private research partnership and is run as a joint venture between Evolucare and the image analysis company ADCIS.
