Pivot is a procurement platform that covers the path from a purchase request to the payment of the supplier invoice. Employees submit requests through an intake form, approvals are routed to the right budget owners, legal or security reviewers, and purchase orders are then issued and matched with invoices. The product also handles sourcing, payments, expenses, budget tracking and spend reporting, and connects to the company's ERP. AI is used to take over routine steps, such as reading invoices or filling in requests. It is used by finance and procurement teams of mid-sized and large companies.
