About Postman

Postman is a tool developers use to work with APIs throughout their life cycle. A user builds a request, sends it and inspects the response, then saves requests into collections that can be shared, documented and replayed with different environments and variables. Collections can carry test scripts and run automatically from the command line or a CI pipeline. The platform also provides mock servers that simulate an API before it exists, monitors that check endpoints on a schedule, specification editing for formats such as OpenAPI, and workspaces where teams and partners collaborate. It is used by backend, frontend and QA engineers, from individual developers to large companies that publish public or internal APIs.
