Primobox

Primobox publishes HR document dematerialization software for French employers. HR teams use its Demat RH platform to distribute payslips, employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents, have them signed electronically, collect supporting documents from employees and store personnel files in one place. Employees receive and keep their documents in a personal online space called myPrimobox. The software connects to payroll and HRIS tools through APIs or SFTP, supports multi-site organizations with partitioned access, and hosts data in ISO 27001 certified datacenters in France. A dedicated support team answers employee questions about their personal space. Primobox is part of the Septeo group through Septeo HR Solutions.
