I have been a Qonto customer for five years, and overall, I think it is a great product that meets my business needs very well. The platform is comprehensive, easy to use and has developed significantly over the years. However, I find it difficult to understand why my monthly fee has doubled when I still use the same number of features. I have also noticed that some new features seem to have been released too quickly and do not always feel fully polished. Qonto remains a very good solution, but I would appreciate pricing that better reflects actual usage.
